With a base certification in Special Education (Curative Pedagogue), at the beginning of my career I worked with children with mental health and / or learning difficulties, as well as the prevention of violence among young people and in the development of social and emotional skills.

My psychology studies at the University of Lausanne led me then to work as a psychological counsellor in the BIF Centre (Beratungs- und Informationsstelle) in Zürich for women who are victims of domestic violence.

Specialised in Gestalt therapy through the Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt, I offer individual or couple sessions in my practice.

My training in Chinese medicine in Shanghai allows me to broaden my client support by integrating a psychosomatic approach. Massage, foot reflexology, work on the meridians to unblock energy, moxibustion and cupping  are complementary methods I can use in my consultations if the client requires.

Over the past 20 years I have been fortunate to travel extensively around the world, living in different countries and thus reaping a multitude of enriching experiences which have fueled my interest in the intricacies of expatriation and self-development. I am a mother of three girls.

I am a member of the FSP (Federation of Swiss Psychologists), Züpp (Kantonalverband der Zürcher Psychologinnen und Psychologen) and SSRGT (Société Suisse Romande de Gestalt Therapy) and am recognized by the ASCA (Swiss Foundation for Alternative Medicine).
