When things are not going well in a partnership, when there is dissatisfaction in the relationship, when communication is disturbed or there are increased
arguments, couple therapy is helpful.
As the third person in the couple's system, my task is to identify the problems, helping the partners to restore a constructive dialogue and to overcome the negative forces in the relationship.
I try to help the partners to formulate their needs and desires more clearly and to help them overcome their hurts.
The goal is that the couple succeeds in finding a new balance and developing new perspectives that are satisfying for both sides.
